“Bugonia” is multimedia work for music, movement and projections that depicts the romantic life of insects. The music features an eclectic blend of musical styles scored for an extended R&B band with electronics. It is the third work resulting from the Bilous-Chase collaborative team featuring Pilobolus Dance Theater. “Bugonia” was primiered at the Wolftrap Center for the Performing Arts in Washington , D.C. in 2005.
